What are Low Frequency Monitors?

Low Frequency monitors run once a day but are cheaper than the standard monitors. They do not share the standard monitor limit of your Subscription plan. Rather, they have their own quota. For example the Business plan allows you to add 15000 standard monitors and 15000 low frequency monitors.
